the khaki boyfriend

Today I'm sharing with you another shot of pictures shot by my boyfriend... in my boyfriend jeans. That goes nicely together, doesn't it?

Ever since the trend of boyfriend jeans came up, I had a hard time not only finding the perfect pair but also trying to imagine how to style it up without looking like too much of a tomboy. After what seemed like forever I stumbled upon this pair on ASOS (well, where else?!) from Pull & Bear.
This was such a big risk as I had never before even tried on a cut like this in a shop or anything. So I must say, I was pretty lucky with these (plus, they were a total bargain) that they did fit me perfectly, maybe even a bit too loose, which always makes me happy - fitting in clothes labeled in my size but come up a bit too big :)
However, I did do a small (OK, a huge) research on how to style the jeans and what to wear them with, the do's and don't's. Of course, on a model who's close to being 2m  of height, the jeans looked awesome with a loose t-shirt. In my case and my very average height (1,68cm), that wasn't the best solution.
But after browsing through this and that (read: pinterest and shops), asking advice from a friend and my mother, I decided to do the best thing you can with a signature piece like this - minimalise the look. So without further questions, I just paired it with a plain black sleeveles top with a detail on the back and my beloved Roshe Run's.
And the absolutely beautiful ring that I'm wearing I bought on Depop. I will do a post about the app, because it absolutely consumes my free time, in a good way!

And a little behind the scenes - because we take everything so seriously! haha
